You're not the first one to wonder, here are some FAQ's
HOW MUCH LEAD TIME DO YOU NEED FOR AN ORDER?
For birthday cakes I ask you to give me at least two week notice.Â
For wedding cakes and special events I require at least a minimum of one month notice. I would advice you the earlier the better.
CAN YOU MAKE GF CAKES?
Yes! I can accommodate GF orders for an additional charge but I can't accommodate vegan or dairy free orders
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY CAKE AFTER PICKUP?/ DO I DELIVER?
I suggest driving with your cake on the passenger side floor or in the lap of a passenger to keep the cake as flat and stable as possible.
If you don't intend to eat the cake within the hour of pick-up please refrigerate until 1.5-2 hrs before serving. The cakes are made using real butter meaning they are best consumed at room temperature. Pull the cake to temper for at least a hour and a half. Do not place cakes in direct sunlight as it will melt.
I can offer delivery on wedding orders with a $350 minimum order.Â
I won't be responsible for any damaged that may occur to the cake after it has left my establishment, unless it was delivered by us.
CAN I EAT THE FLOWERS?
While all the flowers I use are non-toxic and edible I highly recommend you remove all floral elements before consuming the cake. The flowers do not inherently add flavor to your cake and can often be a little bitter. Then are just meant for decoration ! :)
Pressed Flowers on cookies are safe to eat :)
WHAT'S YOUR PAYMENT / CANCELATION POLICY?
I require 50% of the full payment when we place your order. The deposit will come off your remaining balance.
Cakes will not be finished until the full payment is complete!
If you decide to cancel your order/event after 72 hours, deposits are non-refundable.
